2 1/2 bathrooms, small patio, two story, rent and utilities combined comes out to a little less than $700, dryer and washer included, private bedroom, close to IU Bloomington Campus, close to Kirkwood Ave. (~15 minutes). We’d prefer you contact us to see the house! We’d prefer a roommate who can room-in for the entire 2024-2025 IU-B school year.
About the roomies
My roommate is my friend Aiden Olson! Neither of us smoke and we both love books. He will be providing eggs, goat cheese, some vegetables depending on the season, and some other foods to help out with groceries! He’s an introvert like I am, so it’ll be relatively chill. We don’t mind people over as long as they’re respectful towards the boundaries that are set. :)
