Peaceful location with fresh welcoming furniture. Ready to move in the room! with private bathroom. Love your backyard View, and enjoy easy access amenities. Communicate the use of the fridge, washing machine, cooktop and indoors dining areas. We provide Wifi, Roku TV, Work-Desk area and chair, bed sheets, towels, air conditioner, heater, complementary coffee and tea. Besides taking care of utilities such as water and electricity.

Find some nice containers first time filled with shampoo, conditioner and liquid soap to use in here only, as well as bed sheets and other items in the room are welcome for your use on your Stay.

Super convenient location! 15 minutes away from Stone Mountain, 30 min away from Atlanta, 40 minutes away from the Airport and a few minutes away from everything else. Nearby groceries, such as Publix, Kroger, Food Depot, Walmart, and others, Asian and Latin Markets near by, shops such as NorthLake Mall, The Forum, Hobby Lobby, Target, HomeGoods are all easy accessible, a couple of CVSs and a Walgreens nearby.

We are also surrounded by parks, Lilburn park being among my favorite. We have a great variety of international cousins near by, such as African, Asian and Latin Food; Eat from restaurants like Antico, Tucker Brewery (with Live Music), First Watch and more. Hope you like cats, we have many around the neighborhood and they are gorgeous.

All utilities paid for, such as, internet, water, electricity, and gas.

Your parking is steps away, literally just Across us. We are lucky to have a visitor’s parking area in front of ours, wohoo!

If you are clean and neat we will become besties. Complementary cleaning will be ALSO taking place every 10 days. (Please place sheets, towels and rugs in a corner and allow cleaners entrance to the room).

Enjoy of the available perks in the room, and once you gave it a nice use please return it and put it back where it belongs.

We will give you a copy of the Townhouses Covenant for you to read. (Great future reference for when you decide to own yourself).

Avoid trespassing and stay save.

In the rare occasion of missing rent, we would talk about it. (You can stay if you catch up with rent and pay a $15 penalty).

Abusing the premises is not nice and I am pretty sure you know that, according to the magnitude of the the damage there could be a rupture of the agreement or additional charges.
