Sabrina's room

Looking for a clean/professional female/male(no smoking/ no drugs) 28 and older. One bedroom with mirrored closet sliding doors. The room can fit a king size bed comfortably, 1 shared bathroom. There are high ceilings throughout the apartment, a full kitchen, a large balcony and we are close to stores/ restaurants/ gym and about 15-20 minutes to the closet beaches. Amenities include two heated pools, a gym, game room, movie screening room all inside/ close by the leasing office area. Basketball courts and self-service car wash are available. Also, a washer and dryer in unit, fireplace, heat and air conditioning.
