55 years plus community on the Oceanside Carlsbad border. Non smoking. Room can have your own furniture or will supply. All appliances including washer dryer. All kitchen furnishings, dishes, etc. plus bed linens. There is solar and AC plus ceiling fans, so the electric bill will be low. I pay water, sewer, trash, and ask you to pay the SDGE bill, plus $50 WIFI if you want it.

Non smokers, pets on approval. This is my summer home. You will have it by yourself most of the year. I plan to stay 2 weeks out of 4 this July and August ..and a few days at various times of the year with plenty of notice to you, in my own room in the home. I am very quiet. There is one bath we will share during my stays.
