‘Gold’ Room in shared 6-Bedroom Victorian This is such an inspired room especially for the minimalist. Our Housemate who is moving was laid off from his position earlier than expected. We wish he could stay with us but February is his good-bye month. Cozy room with Bay window and private WC Pentagon-shaped 15’ x 15’ bedroom space with an additional 3.5’ x 3.5’ 8’ ft tall closet space and 15’ ceilings.

This room displays gorgeous sunsets through 3 large bay, original, stained-glass windows. Real wood floors, and tile with North-facing windows in the WC. Shower is directly next door in the laundry room and shared with House.

We are 5 diverse amalgamation of POC; ages 30s-60s.  Both Straight and Queer-friendly;  eco-recycling-friendly;  420-friendly but controlled, and basically just friendly.  Two of us are parents of grown children; two are artists, one engineer and the other is in service industry. Ziggy, who is Andrea’s dog, is kept  in back room when her human is gone unless supervised.  Super well-behaved, cute and quiet, mostly. We also host family members, former Housemates and good friends over when room permits after checking in through SLACK. House-wide communications is convenient when using SACK.  Pre-announced gatherings, guests, private functions are all posted on this community app. The vibe is usually low-key, quiet but you bring your own flavor.  We’re basically a warm bunch and tend to keep to ourselves in the evenings, or hang out over a meal if it feels right.  A place of respite, rest and reflection and lots of forgiveness.
