Hey I’ve had some bad luck with roommates the 200 is not really 200 I’m just me and three bedroom house and to be honest I just don’t want to come home and start cleaning after I was working all day and when I start looking around my house it’s starting to get tore up just me and my dog so I’m trying to find somebody that could help me maintain the house I’m pretty open-minded I don’t care what you do as far as your own habits nobody’s perfect and as far as cash only cash I’ll honestly ever ask is the deposit non-refundable and I’m saying $200 but realistically if I can get I’ll ask I just really need help trying to keep the house clean and come on mode and stuff you can do that with cool and I’m not just trying to find a check to hook up with I just prefer living with chicks better cuz they’re cleaner and don’t seem to argue with them as much
