Quiet and private furnished room in a 3bd/2ba duplex. Close to Union Square (4/5/6 N/R/Q L) and 3rd Ave. (L) stations.

The bedroom is 120 sq. ft. with two areas: a sleeping room and a dressing area/office space. Comes with a deep double hung closet, queen bed, and small fridge. Has a window with A/C and 2 walls with mirrors on them. Note that the room is at garden level and has access to a private yard, which is shared with the other roommates. The garden level also has a full bathroom. The upstairs area of the duplex is a painting studio, a second full bathroom, and a galley kitchen with a dining counter.

We care a lot about having a good relationship between roommates, so please include plenty of info about yourself in your response! We’re ideally looking for individual residents who don’t have furniture. Must be LGBT-friendly.

The other roommates are two male professionals (and a red standard poodle). One roommate is a professional visual artist who has lived here since the 1990s; the other roommate works in film/TV production and fashion retail and has lived here for a few years now.
