We have a room ready to rent on the third floor, The house is located near local colleges and bus route. There is on and off street parking. Strictly looking to rent to (1) person. The room is $680/ month and we require first and last month before moving in. Smoking is allowed but off the property. There is a shared kitchen living room and 2 bathrooms. We also have washer and dryer. Free WiFi is also available. Everything is included, don’t have to pay for electricity or water. No Pets

Quiet individuals. Been living there for over a year. Everyone has a separate key to their own room. Shared kitchen and bathroom. Everyone keeps to themselves and doesn’t bother other and that’s how we want to keep it.
