Up for lease is a room in a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom 2-story house with a 1-car garage in Newport. 2 engineers/surfer “dudes” in their late 20s/early 30s are looking for a cool new roomie!

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A FULLTIME WORKING, PROFESSIONAL, CLEAN AND ORGANIZED!!!

Location/House: The house is off Superior and Placentia right next to Hoag Hospital on Patrice Rd. The street is in a nice and quite neighborhood with sufficient street parking and is minutes away from the Peninsula and 17th Street.

The house has a nice kitchen with granite countertops and a dining area, generous living room, three bedrooms and two bathrooms (also with granite), including a one car garage that we share between us as storage. We also have a nice side yard that can be used for bbq and space for furniture and additional outdoor storage. The living room area is relatively large and can be used for yoga and/or working out. It’s a 2 story house and your room is on the 2nd floor. Washer and dryer are at the house. Carpet throughout the house was replaced a few years ago and is in great shape.

The room is an approx. 16’ x 15’ bedroom with a stationary closet. The window is facing east. The room is on the second floor and you will be sharing the second floor bathroom with one other person.

• Utilities (incl. internet and electric) approx. $70 per month.
• Cleaning lady (comes every 21 days and cleans common areas) $33 per visit, per person.

We are both engineers, work full time and are gone most of the day. During the week it is pretty quiet and we keep it very very mellow (no parties or loud music). The house is kept pretty clean, organized and quiet. We are super laid back and chill, however, if you do heavy duty drugs/drinking/partying you should probably look for some place else! We are super open minded and interested in new people and other cultures. Not sure if this is important but our core life values are on the conservative side.
