Hey guys! My fiance and I have this awesome townhouse and we have a room (fully furnished) up for rent! Rent would be $1,200 WHICH INCLUDES UTILITIES (WiFi, electric, water) and access to the Park West Recreational Complex.

Our home is in the lovely Park West neighborhood in Mount Pleasant! The neighborhood has a huge recreational complex with TWO pools, a playground, volleyball, basketball, and tennis courts, and baseball/softball/soccer/football fields. There are also tons of walking and biking trails and we are close to the Laurel Hill County Park. So many restaurants and shopping options around the area, and just a short drive away to Isle of Palms and Sullivans Island beaches! Only five minutes away from Publix and Costco.

The room has a Queen bed, nightstands, lamps with touch sensors and USB charging, dresser, desk, and Smart TV. Bathroom has a large tub perfect for those who love taking baths!

Shared areas include large chef kitchen with gas range and living room with Smart TV and power reclining sofas. Cute fenced in patio in backyard. Lots of restaurants and shopping close by and close to downtown and IOP and Sullivans beaches.

We do have a Cat and Dog (crated trained for when we are not home) on premises, so must be animal friendly! We would prefer no more pets for this reason, but will consider them if they get along well with our babies.

Length of lease is flexible so we can discuss! Perfect for travel nurses or people here on contracts or rotations!

I am a dentist nearby and my fiance is a Vet Tech also at an office nearby. We are young working professions and are looking for someone in a similar spot. We are very laid back individuals!
