Hi im Tati im a 40 year old small business owner. Very quiet not a lot of company. You’ll hardly know im here. Peaceful and easy to get along with. You won’t be disturbed by guest or loud entertainment. I do have cats and dogs but they will not be in your space. I am only renting to women and have a strict no visitors policy. Rent covers utilities, laundry, bedroom,bathroom, outdoor parking and kitchen access all other areas of the house are off limits including living area.
