Hello, I am looking to share my 2 bedroom 1.5 bath California bungalow with a roommate. The house is 4 blocks from the beach and close to downtown. The room can come fully furnished or unfurnished. It currently has a queen size bed with large closet to hold your belongings. The house is fully furnished and has a washer and dryer, driveway parking, and of course cable and wi fi. I do have a cat so I hope that my new roommate likes pets.
