About the room
Room has built- in wall shelves, Sliding door closet, Ceiling fan, comes unfurnished.
Utilities and cox high speed internet included. One Covered parking spot. Indoor laundry, Electric Stove/Oven, Microwave, Air-Fryer, Coffee Maker, Toaster. Quiet neighborhood and there’s two parks within half a mile.
If you like poker, this is a great place for you. If not, that’s okay too. We basically have poker on most Saturday nights. We also like to play Settler’s of Catan on Tuesdays.
If this is all okay with you, then hit me up. Room will be available beginning of February.
You’ll pretty much have the hall bathroom to yourself, except nights we have poker and Catan.
About the roomies
Shane(47) and Shelly(34) are the owners that take up the master bedroom. Very clean and respectful.
