I have a private, furnished room with a private hall bathroom available in a three bedroom townhouse in the Kingstowne area of Alexandria, VA. I am looking for someone to occupy this room for a 3- to 6-month lease (with the option to renew) as early as May 29, 2026. The room is 118” x 107” and would come furnished with a queen sized bed and a night stand for $1,450/mo plus utilities. All utilities would be split amongst the two of us and there is free street parking available near the unit. The house is really close to a lot of grocery stores, dining, entertainment, and gyms as well as major highways and DC/Arlington. Additionally, I have a 3yr old dog (pictured on the couch) that roams the basement level freely. She will never enter occupied private spaces but will roam freely in all common spaces when I am home. She is super sweet and friendly towards people but I am not looking to add any more pets to the house at this time. Message me if you’re interested and I could set up time for you to tour the place.

I am a 27 year old, drug-free software developer that works on-site every weekday. I spend a lot of time meal prepping in the kitchen after work and would prefer someone that does not need as much kitchen access. Also, with my dog being home during the day, I would prefer someone that works onsite every day, is drug-free, and respectful.
