Hi everyone I have a room for rent in Oxnard, right off oxnard blvd and close to Rose Ave The freeway is a 5 minute drive. It’s a Single bedroom we ask for only 1 occupant only it includes a master closet and private bathroom. The home comes with parking privileges access to the kitchen and complimentary WiFi. The room is available with featured bed frame if needed. Due to the functionality of the house we state no parties, an willl do a 30 day lease to begin and see if all parties are comfortable then will do a 3month lease.
