A recently renovated mother in law suite in northern Overland Park near 103rd & metcalf. Your own private entrance, your own full bathroom, your own kitchen, your own fridge, your own room. Also comes fully furnished with dishes, rugs, couch, bed, towels, etc. Garage parking is negotiable but default is free drive way or street parking.

I have been a nurse for over 30 years. We have 1 dog that lives upstairs but doesnt use the backyard. My son also lives at my home while I’m gone, he works in insurance & finance. Will keep to himself due to the number of hours he works plus he is part of a few clubs and exercises.
