3 bedroom 2 bath home parking in front of house and is close to shopping and about 5 miles to downtown.

I took over my grandmothers house after she passed. I’ve been slowly remodeling the house to make it pretty again. The inside is almost all done and now hopefully by summer we can start on the outside. I’m 26 and a great roommate to have but I’ve had bad luck with roommates. I’m looking for a responsible roommate. I do have a cat that is ok with dogs only.
