Steven's room

Renting out a private bedroom with a private bathroom in a townhome in Chantilly. Conveniently located right off I-66/US 28 and a 15-minute drive to the Dulles Airport.

A huge added bonus is that there’s a grocery store in front of the home (in walking distance), along with a bunch of fast casual and casual restaurants. The home was built just about three years ago so it’s brand new.

Parking is not available but there might be other neighbors who are willing to rent their parking space out; I can check with them upon request.

Access to kitchen, living/dining room, and laundry.

The room is located on the first floor. The room is 11’8“ x 9’9“ in dimension. The room can be either furnished with full size bed or unfurnished.

Utilities are included.

Married, young professional, Christian, and Korean-Puerto Rican couple. We are both relatively quiet, respectful, and clean so we would expect the same to be returned from our new roomie.

Rules: No smoking of any kind, no pets, no overnight guests
