West Port Avenue

3 bedroom condo - 3 floors including furnished basement room. Renting a room I have downstairs with an attached bathroom that includes a stand alone shower. I have a queen size bed with new backboard, if roommate needs it. Room has closet space but does not have dresser. Laundry room, cabinet space in kitchen with new appliances. Wifi included. Front door has key and code. Back patio has table and chairs w/ grill for use. Ring door bell cameras for security. Looking for one roommate, no couples, or children. No dogs. Minimum stay - looking for 6 months Maximum - a year, but that’s negotiable if roommate is clean and ontime with rent.

I work a full-time time job as a Director of Case Management during the week and have weekends off. My daughter who comes home on the weekends. Both of our rooms are upstairs. I have 3 cats who are all friendly with people. 2 of them were supposed to be foster cats but they are family now. I’m an artist, I play pickleball, and work on a podcast.
