Hi all! I am looking for a tenant to take over my room in The Cottages on April of 2024. It is an unfurnished private room with private bathroom and walking closet. The common areas are completely furnished, including in-unit laundry. Also, parking is included. The lease goes until July 2024 and the price is $679 monthly and $30-50 monthly utilities.
