Great room in a great house in a great location! The house is located about a mile from Old Town and a short walk to the Poudre River. There are three bedrooms, all upstairs with a shared bathroom and shower. There is another half bathroom downstairs. The common space includes a living room with a shared TV, a shared kitchen, and an awesome sunroom. The room is medium sized with a small closet. We are looking for a roommate that is kind, professional, and cleanly. You would be taking over my spot on a lease that goes until August with an option to re-sign. The room is unfurnished, but the rest of the house is, apart from the things I will be taking, so there will be room for some furniture if you have any but if you don’t that is also cool. There is a crawl space with tons of storage. Bills are about $100 per month and there is a $600 security deposit. Please reach out with any questions or to set up a time to come check it out.

The roommates are two (420) friendly, professional guys in their early thirties who enjoy movies, cooking, disc golf, video games, and live music!
