I’m looking for a female roommate. I have a one bedroom apartment in Albany. The current setup is sharing the bedroom, but I would be willing to live in the living room and give my roommate the bedroom to herself.

Specifications: -$1000/month plus utilities -parking included and lots of street parking -on site laundry -really close to BART -Albany is a quiet, safe area with lots of nearby shopping

I’m a quiet, clean roommate, and I’m barely at home because I’m a student and spend a lot of time on campus studying. I don’t drink, smoke, or party, and I don’t want to bring any of those influences into my apartment. No overnight guests.
