You are leasing a private bedroom with shared split bathrooms. This is for single occupancy only. The room has three large double pane bay windows facing East. The apartment is on a quiet street. It gets a lot of morning sun.

Looking for someone (non-smoker, no drugs) who cleans up after themselves; able to respect housemates and pays rent & bills on time.

The flat has a split bathroom, large kitchen, living room, in-unit washer and dryer, and a small guest room. A cleaning lady comes twice per month for cleaning communal areas. This makes our lives easier since we’re all working professionals.

Neighborhood - Russian Hill/North Beach. East side of the city where it is always sunny and no fog! We are 8 mins walk to Trader Joe’s, Italian town and Chinatown (T train Muni to FiDi and Mission Bay). 5 mins walk to North Beach indoor swimming pool, which has a sauna, public library and Lyft bike rentals. Two blocks away from Columbus street, where you can catch Muni 30, 8 and 45. Lots of restaurants in the neighborhood.

Currently, the household has 3 female professionals who work in SF, and we have been living together for three years. We get-together from time to time to catch-up. We share a harmonic, adult living dynamics and looking for the 4th housemate who enjoys the same style as well.
