Lauren's room

The house is located in the Twin Lakes neighborhood of Federal Way. The area is very quiet and a short drive from Dash Point State Park. It’s also a short drive from countless shopping areas, movie theaters, gyms, and grocery stores. Our house is a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom house. We have a large kitchen with designated pantry and fridge/freezer space. We also have 2 family rooms and a dining room. Washer and Dryer are onsite. Rent includes utilities and some common shared household products (such as cleaning supplies, hand soap, laundry detergent). The house is fully furnished. There’s plenty of street parking in front of the house and the back patio is on a golf course, which is very relaxing.

We tend to be a very quiet household. I travel for business a lot and my roommate is finishing up graduate school/doing clinicals. Were looking for a young professional roommate. No drugs and no smoking and no pets.
