A 2-bedroom apartment is offering a private room and bathroom. The current roommate is set to move out on 06/01/2024, and the new roommate will take over the lease.
Situated around the Arbor Hills Nature Preserve trail, our unit boasts the most exclusive view of the trail. Despite sharing pictures, they don’t truly capture the breathtaking view.
We have built a patio litter box for cat owners that is secure and convenient.
The apartment features a convenient in-unit laundry room, a spacious living room, and a generously sized patio. Trash pick-up is provided, and the total monthly bills amount to approximately $200.
Room is available on 06/01/2024 but we are flexible with the move in date.
About the roomies
