Paul's room

I am renting out my master bedroom since my kids are both off to college. It is large, furnished w adjustable king size bed, love seat, small fridge, microwave and outdoor balcony. Large master bathroom with Jetted tub and separate stand up shower. 2 large closets. This is a month to month lease since I am going to be listing the home for sale soon. You will have access to downstairs kitchen , living room and put door patio with firepit.

I am hardly home due to work, I have a dog and 2 cats that are friendly. I also have a live in housekeeper who will help keep the home and room clean besides your laundry.
