Furnished apartment in Woodland Hills. The entire apartment is furnished and full with anything you’d need in the kitchen too. The room is unfurnished with its own bathroom. Second floor and building has a pool and a gym. One tandem parking space available and street parking. We have a smart lock that you can control from your phone with a code.

Two girls in their twenties and one in school. We’re both pretty clean and always clean up in the shared spaces. I’m in school and work in the afternoons and my roommate works a 9-5 so we’re not home too much during the day We like to hang out when we’re both home at the same time but it doesn’t happen a ton. We’re chill and easy going and looking for someone who’s the same.
