Spacious back yard and friendly, clean, peaceful house. Looking for kind and friendly roomies who get along well with others. Privacy always, of course, mutually respected. Home owner is a room mate too, so any concerns can be quickly addressed . Country setting 15 minutes drive from downtown Olympia, Lacey, and Tumwater, located at the end of a country road, complete with mini-donkeys and goats for neighbours, quiet and private location. Parking is available on site. Washer Dryer/ 2 bathrooms, one with tub/ shower, one with shower .

9x10 Bedroom is 700.00, Other room is 10x12 is 750.00. Bedrooms are unfurnished, have real wood floors, new windows ( and in entire house ) last year. Living room has sofas, TV, and there is a furnished dining room , 2 refrigerators, shared food freezer in shop. Limited shared storage available. AC , baseboard heat in each room, and heat and cold blocking curtains in each bedroom. Shared housework in common areas is mutually agreed upon and can be in a schedule if desired. Use of laundry units is coordinated too, so please be a communicator. Bathrooms and kitchen and living room are kept clean and usable for all of us, by all of us.

Please honour no smoking or vaping, of any substance on the property. This gives us all fresh clean air to breathe in the house and outside too, in a rewilded back and front 1 acre property. Back and yard with old growth trees, flowering trees, and room to garden. Beautiful forest view and 30 ft. front deck to enjoy, great for BBQ, and having friends over.

Needing first and last months rent, damage deposit, negotiable depending on your situation. Utilities are shared, electric, wifii and trash/recycle. Septic and Well on property so requires chemical free house cleaning, ( I supply these products for cleaning) and grease free drains. 30 day lease (month to month) . Please :) be a recycler. We get one planet earth ;).I look forward to meeting you . Will consider a well behaved pet who gets regular vet care, and a pet owner good with a vacum cleaner ;).

Looking for housemates who share a feeling of responsibility and work on being a good communicator, and can contribute to the care of the home. We are looking for people who view their home as a calm, relaxing environment, and are self starters in helping to keep the home an enjoyable and clean place to spend time. We hope to have a good housemate relationship, and not live with people who are total strangers. Pets will be considered and not completely ruled out, it’d have to be a healthy pet ( wormed etc.), house trained and friendly with a group. The owner needs to be good with a vacum cleaner and hair control.

Concerning Covid, flu etc. and general community health care, isolation if respiratory illness with masking is required. Clean air is kept in good circulation in the house and there’s an air filter for when people are ill in the home. This goes a long way to preventing spread !!! We prefer that housemates are willing and able to engage in consent conversations around their hobbies and other activities that affect each other, and we really appreciate people who actively initiate discussions on such topics. Makes everything smooth and easy ! So tell us whats important to you! All these things we can discuss in greater detail, as it’s essentially a caring call to accountability and consent practices.
