North 1st Avenue

I am looking for someone to sublet my apartment until the lease is up at the end of July. It is off of University Blvd so it is close to several restaurants and shops. If you are affiliated with the U of A, you would not have to buy an expensive parking pass on campus. It is close to campus and does cater to students, but there are a variety of tenants other than students. The bedroom is spacious and my favorite were the two huge closets for clothes or storage. It’s a great price since finding anything on your own under $1000 is nearly impossible. Utilities never get above $100.

Good news! YOU will have the entire apartment. I know this is a roommates page, but I am trying to post this apartment everywhere. Some of you have budgets that you could take this apartment without needing to share your space.
