Looking for a young professional roommate to fill a private bedroom in a 3 bed 2.5 bath. Room includes a ceiling fan and closet with shelving. You will also have your own private bathroom and shower. The townhouse has 3 floors: upstairs, main, and basement. The home includes a sizable fenced in patio with room for a garden, grill, and outside furniture. Basement also has a small workshop area. The living areas (living room and basement) will be furnished with couches, tv, entertainment center, and speakers.

The townhouse is located in Columbia, MD with free parking available for you and any guests. Safe area with neighborhood security. The location is close to the Columbia Mall and various strip malls and shopping centers.

Room is available for rent February 1st.
