I am a single parent to 2 precious older children - we have the bottom floor / basemeant ! There is 3 bedrooms upstairs with 2 full bathrooms and I am looking to rent them all out to help cover the costs ! We are a very quiet family and not there much - looking for responsible, respectful individuals to be decent in this well respected neighborhood !
