I am looking for someone to take over my lease for the master bedroom in this Boulder house. Available from Feb 1 (or asap) to July 15th. Rent is $1350/mo plus utilities (est. $100/mo). The house is 2176 total sq ft with 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom for sublease is large with its own bathroom and walk-in closet. House includes washer/dryer, heating, and A/C systems. Fully furnished main living areas with optional queen bed and nightstand in master. Master suite includes an upstairs loft for a personal office space. 2-car garage and free street parking included.

The other two bedrooms in the house are occupied by two young professionals. One roommate has a well-behaved/trained dog, so we cannot accept another pet per lease.
