Room with private entrance to the outside to a fenced in backyard. Private bathroom. House is under 3 years old, and there is laundry and kitchen utilities (fridge, oven, dishwasher) on the premises. Quiet neighborhood, less than a mile away from a City Market and less than a 10 minute drive downtown.

Myself (Shayla)(23) and my fiancée (Jordan)(22), both live on the property in the master bedroom with our two cats, Luna and Smudge. We own the property and rent out one of our other bedrooms for affordability reasons as we are both full-time students at CMU who also work! We are mostly quiet and love to get to know new people. Inquire about pets, but they are also welcome, so long as they don’t endanger the cats who already live here! We are both queer and very welcoming. We love to live in a community environment, but also like alone time, so don’t feel the need to be social all the time, even with a shared house. Private bedroom and bath, the kitchen and living spaces are shared.
