Rent: $875 a month + utilities (wifi, gas, electric varies per month usually less than $120 combined) 1 bedroom available (with California King Bed) and FULL bathroom.

Location: North Hollywood 3 minutes from the 170 and 5 minutes from the 101. Walking distance from Ralphs, Valley Plaza Library, Valley Plaza Pool, 10 mins from Ventura Blvd - Studio City and Sherman Oaks. 15 - 20 minutes from Hollywood 30-40 minutes from DTLA.

The Apartment: Central AC + heat Side Patio available Shared living room/kitchen Dishwasher available Washer + Dryer available in complex (need quarters to use it)

Future Logistics: Apartment may be available for a long term month to month commitment.

Specifically looking for: A professional female that is clean, respectful, quiet, responsible and kind. Prefer someone who works outside of the home i.e. 9-5 type of job as I often work from home. Someone who can pay rent and our shared bills on time every month. Guests are fine but not every week/weekend. NO SMOKING (anything) NO DRUGS NO PETS (allergies to cats & dogs) NO PARTIES.
