NADIA's room

We are looking for a roommate for our small spare bedroom to help pay the rent. We live in a 2 bed 2 bath house with a one car garage and large backyard. We do have one cat and are usually at work. We would prefer a female roommate but will accept males too. The rent will be 500 and if you have a pet you will have to pay the landlords a pet fee.
