The house is a 3 bed, 2 bath looking to split with only 1 other person.

Private bedroom with walk in closet and own bathroom.

The 3rd room will be shared as an office/spare room, but all closet space can be yours. There are 2 living areas, 2 car garage, fenced in backyard, and small unfinished basement all used for shared space

I’m a 35 y/o female and work from home. I stay pretty active and love all things outdoors, but also love a good Netflix binge night. Not into going out late, but do enjoy brunches and happy hours.

I have a 3 y/o 50 lb dog who’s a major cuddle bug and I do allow him on furniture. We’d be open to another dog if they get along (unfortunately he doesn’t get along with intact dogs)
