I have a quiet, private, and fully furnished room with shared bathroom and high speed internet available within a gated community. Room comes with designated pantry cabinet & refrigerator. The house have central A/C and heating. Kitchen & shared spaces will be shared with other tenants. We have washer and dryer available on the 2nd floor. Street parking available.

Rent includes all utilities. We accept Zelle, cash, or cashier check.

All we ask for you not to smoke inside or anywhere near the house, keep shared area clean, wear no shoes inside house, drugs & drama free.
