Reagan's room

I have one room for rent for one person only. The bathroom will be shared by one other person. Utilities will be split, this will include gas, electricity, and water. Internet is included, use of the whole house minus primary bedroom is included. No pets please (caged pet like a rabbit or mouse is ok). Some storage space available in garage and house. Very safe neighborhood and nice house with alarm system and cameras.

I am a 32 year old female/ I work full time. The other roommate is the same age range and works as well. There is a dog in the home. We are very relaxed and the house is a comfy vibe. Not a lot of rules just pay your bills on time and no drama or heavy drug use.
