Brand New house, it is just me Professional/student and my mom. Room and be furnished (Will add a desk and bedside table) or unfurnished. Good Neighborhood. Park Nearby. Trails Nearby. Less than 5 miles from Downtown Riverside. Close to Freeway. There is plenty of parking on the street, or could possibly park on driveway. Free to use Kitchen and Living room when not in use or we can figure out a schedule if easier. Bathroom is shared with my mom.
