Hello! Me and my boyfriend are looking for a roommate to rent a room in the new home we’ve recently purchased together. The home has a spacious and open living room/kitchen, a fully-fenced turf backyard, and is in a very nice neighborhood. Total rent would be $850/month plus utilities. You have your own room and a shared bathroom with our other female roommate.

We are very clean and chill, and we’d love to see if this would be a good fit for you! We have one cat and one dog (a corgi) both of which are very friendly. We currently have one other female roommate who is also very chill.
