This is a spacious 2 bedroom/2 full private bathroom apartment with its own washer/dryer and large balcony. Located in south Pflugerville, this apartment complex has two gated entrances with plenty of parking and its own apartment gym and pool. Additionally, the leasing staff are attentive and maintenance is on a 24/7 standby in the case of an emergency. Lastly, shopping centers and gas stations are within 5 minutes of the complex, and it is only approx. 7 min drive to get to I-35.

I went to college here in Texas, and after graduation, I’ve been living here in this Pflugerville apartment for work for the last 2 years. I’m 25 years old and work as a teacher in Round Rock and have a cat. I would consider myself introverted but social and easy to get along with.

My current roommate is moving out when our lease ends on February 29th, and I’m now looking for another roommate for the second bedroom! Looking for someone who is laidback, friendly, and maintains a decent level of cleanliness. I would love to be friends with my roommate, but am also totally fine with someone who needs more personal space!
