Bancroft Street

My roommate and I are looking for someone to take over our leases by March 1st when rent is due at $2642 total, the split is $1400 for the larger room and $1242 for the smaller room. There are two rooms available one with its own half bath and walk-in closet. I included the water and sewage costs in the rent. Wifi and electricity are not included. There is an AC unit available. The lease will need to be renewed in October. It’s a surprisingly pretty quiet neighborhood. The neighbors are super friendly, especially in our complex. There are only nine suites in the complex and there are mostly houses on the street. There is also a table and chairs for gatherings and a grill in the center of the complex. There is a laundry room and one parking space per suite. Ours is behind the building. Walkable distance to the heart of North Park with plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, and more. Also right off the freeway! WILL BE PROFESSIONALLY CLEANED BEFORE MOVE IN

There are no roommates right now, we’re looking for one or more people to take the entire apartment. There will be a shared shower.
