About the room
A nice spacious room fully furnished and has 42” tv with Firestick. Private full bath with tub/shower combo outside of the room. Small closet in room with hangers included. Den is outside of the bedroom with 46” tv with Roku that is available for renter use. Full use of kitchen and washer/dryer. Privacy fully fenced backyard with latch gate. Great neighborhood, very quiet in a cu-del-sac. Use of one parking space in driveway. My house is only 5 years old, area is safe. I have security system inside and outside of the home to ensure safety. I am located near downtown Kannapolis. Close to the YMCA, Food Lion, Walmart, Hospital. Just 3 miles from I85. 40 min from Charlotte. There will be a $100 cleaning fee included with deposit. BACKGROUND check and (1) PERSONAL reference required!
About the roomies
I am a Nurse for the VA medical center and a current student. I work a lot, so whomever I share my home with must be quiet, clean, friendly and responsible! Smoke free environment. I would prepare a female, but if a male checks out with a clean background will make an exception. I have a small dog of my own. NO DRUGS, NO DRINKING and NO DRAMA!
