This would be a short-term rental for a private bedroom within a 2 BR / 2 BA condo. (3-5 Months)

The location is within Adam’s point neighborhood in Oakland and it has walking access to Whole Foods, Sprouts, and numerous restaurants. And Bart is walkable as well. This is a 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath condo unit where you would have your own bedroom, bathroom and share the kitchen/ living / living room. It has a balcony with great views and the living room gets a ton of natural light. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances so you can cook in an air fryer, blend a smoothie or slow cook a meal. Also, new fridge and stove will be added before move-in.

Room info | The room is unfurnished and it can fit a King sized bed but it would take up a good amount of space. The pics just show how it previously looked when staged with furniture.

Condo building | The unit is in a medium sized building and is on the top floor and in the back of the building making it a quiet location.

Parking | It is street parking but there is a visitor spot that can be used during the day that is garaged.

This would be shared with one other person who works from home M-F 9-5 pm from their bedroom / office. I’m a 45 year old gay male who is easy going and enjoy the restaurants and going over to SF often on the weekends. I’m clean and pick-up after myself. Due to my work schedule, during the week I’d prefer someone who has a similar routine. (is headed to bed before midnight during the week)
