Room for rent in a kind and considerate house-share🫶🏻

The Space: Medium-sized bedroom with double door closet. 1025 per month plus WiFi (19 per month) All other utilities included Washer and dryer on site Storage on site Water view and harbor across the street Ample parking Convenient location close to everything Close to wantagh parkway, 135, and meadowbrook Across the street from a harbor, near 2 parks and a preserve. Lease is for a year but we would like a longer commitment

The Home: Fully stocked - you just furnish your room (there is a one time $275 fee for this convenience) Living with two other people, a 🐶and a🐱 The home is stocked for your convenience, you just fill your room. We are friendly, mature, respectful, responsible, and organized. We share the bathroom and kitchen. We have shelves in the fridge and cabinets but are close and share items with each other if needed.

Here is what ideally we would look for: Woman in her late 20s early 30s LGBTQ friendly 420 friendly (in our rooms) No other dogs or cats No children No couples No constant partying or lots of groups of people over all the time

Experience with larger breeds of dogs is strongly preferred.

Meg: works full time M-F 10-6pm, active and does social sports multiple times during the week.

Steph: works full time M-F in a school so she’s got that school schedule. She goes into queens and bk a lot.

FootFoot🐱: small, curious, sometimes mischevious, always very cute

Nitro🐶: has no idea he’s a Rottweiler, big boy with a big personality but will become a baby seal dog with pets and a soft voice 🦭

We are both quiet, respectful, responsible, communicative and friendly. We are room dwellers (lol) but occasionally we will be downstairs - we try to be mindful of the communal space and being considerate because it’s an open floor concept between the LR/DR/kitchen so it’s like one big room lol
