Are you looking for a peaceful and scenic place to call home? Look no further! I have a fantastic opportunity for someone to share my beautiful home in Tyrone. Only a short drive to Peachtree city, offering a variety of entertainment, dining, stores, groceries and recreational options. Only 25 minutes from the airport! My house (which is a rustic country style) is nestled in a .8 acre corner lot. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Each room has its own TV, closet, and windows overlooking a ‘woodsy’ yard. There is a large TV in the living room, right next to my rustic Bar.
The kitchen is fully equipped and very comfortable; there is a dining table there along with a TV. (I like to keep the kitchen clean with no dishes or pans in the sink, so if you like to cook, please make sure to pick after you :-). All utilities are included (water, electricity, internet, pest control, trash pick up and gas), so please be considerate with the utilities usage. The laundry room has a washer and dryer, I also have a garage (where I keep my car), but there is ample space for parking in the driveway. There is a ‘She Shed’, right next to my house, in case any extra space is needed.

I just moved from Miami to my home in Tyrone this year; I live by myself and work from home. I don’t have any pets and would prefer not to have any. I don’t smoke.
I enjoy cooking (sometimes), watching TV and listening to music. I have a beautiful deck, with a Hibachi grill and outside bar area, with a large wooden table for entertaining friends.
