The room is 11’x11’ foot standard size. Closet has shelves for storage and is located very close to the shared bathroom. Only 2 people share the bathroom in the hallway. There is a laundry facility in the garage with small storage area if needed. Located in a very nice area in Castaic. Walking distance to a park, shopping and eating and close to the freeway and local transportation.
