We have one nice, clean, quiet, and bright room for rent in our home in Aurora. The room shares a bathroom, kitchen, and laundry with 3 roommates. All of the roommates are professionals in their 25 or early 30s and work regular hours. They all get along well but mostly keep to themselves. They are currently all males but we are open to any gender.

The monthly rental is $875 including all utilities, high-speed internet, trash, electricity, and utilities, and a little fridge in the room for food conservation. We are hoping to find someone that will be a good fit so please include a bit about yourself in your reply. We are looking forward to hearing from you! The room is for one person with no pet and is available now, but we are flexible on a move-in date.
