This is a totally private two room space connected to a 1800 sq ft home. One room is the bedroom that has a small desk that allows for a comfortable space to occasionally work from home. The second room is an open concept, living, dining and kitchenette. You will have private access to a 3/4 bathroom (no tub), and shared access to the full size washer and dryer which is accessible from your studio. You’ll have a private entrance and access to a small patio and yard. The space is located in a quiet, suburban neighborhood next to a two mile long greenbelt, where you will have access to two pools, two tennis courts with one that is setup for pickle ball. You are within a 5 min drive or 15 min walk to groceries, restaurant, and shopping of all kinds.
This is an 1800 sq ft., two story, solar powered, single family home that we’ve owned and lived in since 2003. In the main house there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms where myself, my wife and our two sons live. The home is on a quarter of an acre with three patios. The landscaping is done with low water use succulents and artificial grass which blends well with the geographic location as well as contributes to lower dependence on natural resources. And, although we fully align with DEI, we will consider dogs but are unable to take cats.
