Hi, I’m Isaac!

I’m a pretty low-key guy living in Georgetown, TX, looking for roommates since my brother moved out. I share my space with two goofy pups, Buster and Tex, who absolutely love attention. I’d prefer no kids or wild parties. While I don’t drink often, I do enjoy an occasional one. I don’t smoke, but I’m cannabis-friendly as long as it’s discreet (FYSA, there are young kids next door, and I wouldn’t want them seeing or smelling it).

Currently, it’s just me and my dogs. I’ve decided to list my space in the hopes of helping others avoid outrageous rent prices and to offset some cost for home improvements.

All my payments have been on time and in full. I’m interested in something long-term, probably at least six months to a year.

A little about me:

I have a busy and fluctuating schedule, sometimes requiring long hours. Accostum to respectfully sharing space others having served in the Army and attending University. I 100% understand the importance of boundaries. I enjoy making connections and getting to know others, but can also keep to myself. My interests include fitness, archery, and golf at the moment, but I’m open to all sports and outdoor activities.

I prefer to keep things clean and organized. Also, I enjoy cooking from time to time, so I hope you do too.
